well, isa din dapat akong aalis kaso masasayang talaga, tsaka madami mung mamimiss pag aalis ka sa sinimulan mung eskwelahan... XD

sa majors, hm.. sa natatandaan ko, wala pa.

ang minemorize ko lang kunyare, ung lighting sa photography. kase kala ko may written finals kame dun.
tas bukod dun, ang tatandaan nalang, ung kung ano ung pasikot sikot sa mga gagamiting program, mga techniques. blhablah.

ang mdaming ganun, at prolema naming lahat, ay yung minors.
saksakan ng dami ng pinapabasang something something dun. ang dami pang kailangang tandaan. eh tas pag quiz, di rin naman kasama sa exam. amp tlga ung minors. T_T haha

Wala naman kelangan i memorize... basta ung mga natutunan mo sa mga majors...

tsaka sa portfolio(ung pang trabaho hindi pang prof) di tinitignan kung maganda gawa mo... tinitignan ung mali mo... kaya gandahan dapat ung plates


oo nga pala mga ka-batch ko... si jacob daw maghahandle ng portfolio(ung last major natin)

Even with a simple computer, you can easily learn those things like photoshop and the like which means that computers are still categorized under FACiLiTiES. What's the use of your creative mind w/o the use of facilities?(which we all know "na pa-hitech ng pa-hi-tech ang mundo"). You just can't rely on freehand projects, facilities are very important especially w/ your course. How can you make an animation film w/o the use of the modern facilities?Think.

Why are you so DEPENDENT about facilities, @futureMAStudent? All I know is that such facilities or any state-of-the-art equipments are not a hindrance to a great discoverer like Galileo in contributing to the “great discoveries” of mankind. That’s one example…

So keep in your MIND, if there is (use it), that you don’t need awesome facilities and state-of-the-art gears to get a TRUE EDUCATION. Martin Luther King Jr. once said that the goal of true education is intelligence plus character. I think you’re lacking both, especially CHARACTER.

If you really want to learn, don’t let those stuffs that you don’t have to be a hindrance in getting true education. Be a “RESOURCEFUL” individual. If you don’t know the meaning of the word “resourceful”, go Google it right now, so that it’ll add to your out-of-date vocabulary. “pa-hitech ng pa-hi-tech ang mundo" Remember?

I admit that they have much cooler facilities than us, they have the money for it, but that doesn’t make a GOOD student. I also admit that maganda siyempre kung ayos ang facilties at equipments na ginagamit mo, tao ka lang.

Pero ang totoo, nakasalalay sa studyante ‘yan, wala sa school at sa sinasabi mong FACILITIES.

Hmm. Im not a student of DLS-CSB so no need to tell all their facilities they are using right now. I respect both schools(Mapua n CSB). And as of now im choosing between Mapua and UST, thats why i keep on asking questions about MAS so that i would know the difference of Mapua's MAS to UST's Adver. Arts.

Buti pa dude sabihin mo samen kung ano-ano ba yang mga lab na meron sa CSB para di naman kami magmukhang mangmang sa facilities. Kase meron din tayong tinatawag na "EQUIPMENT" or "TOOLS" which are not constricted to LAB USE only. DSLR, computer, etc.

If you really are interested in this field then you will not confine yourself into learning only within the walls of your school, which is also a reason why people say that MAS would empty your pockets. You would have to explore. (Merong mga seminars, at saksakan ng dami ng events sa growing industry naten (art industry, technology, graphics)

Nagva-vary din kase, sa iba't-ibang lugar yan. Merong lugar na traditional pa ren tulad dito sa Pilipinas. Masasabi mo bang may sinabi na ang graphics naten compared to US hollywood films? Para saken wala pa ren, kase malaki ang budget na nilalaan ng mga producers sa hollywood. Pero tignan mo, sa traditional way ng mga japanese sa paggawa, for this kunin naten yung animation (traditional ha ex. masked rider etc) Di mo ba alam yun? Masked Rider? Naging phenomenal siya kahet low-tech. Ginaya pa nga ng america yan e. (power rangers etc) kase nga wala sa availability ng facilities yan. And don't say that it was wayyyy back. Consider mo na yun yung quality ng technology noong panahon na yon.

Sabi nga e, gifted talaga ang pinoy sa animation, graphics etc. Wala nga lang facilities. Kaya nagiging successful talaga ang pinoy artist kapag nag-eexplore sa ibang bansa. At in our case, as artists, a company would be MORE THAN WILLING to train us (kase nga sabe na kulang sa facilities) and they would be willing to spend money for us to learn new things not because we are good in using facilities, it's because we have creative minds which they primarily need in their business.
(Take that example from my brother, a Mapua grad. and currently working abroad... earning lots of money. He's the one paying for my tuition.)

oi future, okay lang yan. calm down, kung di mo ma-take na onti lang facilities, okay lang. pero ang masasabi ko lang maganda MAS sa mapua.
